Lake O' the Hills has a governing Board of Directors for its Home Owners Association who serve a staggered 2 year term of office with three members being elected each year at its annual meeting. There are also two alternates who serve on an annual basis bringing our total board up to 8 members. They meet at the clubhouse each month on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 pm except for the months of December and January. All members are encouraged to attend all meetings to keep up with lake developments and provide input on areas of concern.
