Lake O' the Hills  established in 1962, consists of approximately 400 residential lots spread over a 185 acre lake near Eudora, Mississippi that is fully stocked with bass, bream, catfish, and crappie. It has a Home Owners Association with rules and guidelines over all property on lake.

All lot owners pay annual dues to the Association for upkeep of lake and common areas. Dues are currently $175 per lot with a special assessment of $25 toward Dam repair bringing the total to $200 per year per lot. Individuals buying property are encouraged to contact our secretary at 662-429-6266 to make sure all dues are paid in full as any money owed on back dues go with the property to new owner if not cleared up at time of sale.
